Celebrity festival looks from Coachella 2018
I'm sure these past two weekends you've seen your Instagram feed flooded with pictures of people dressed to the nines at Coachella. It seems these days Coachella is not only looked at as a music festival but rather a runway show with people dressed in their best festival looks. Here are some of my favorite celebrity looks from these past two weekends of Coachella.
1. Unicorn Dreams: Taylor Hill
Victoria Secret model Taylor Hill stunned at Coachella in a two piece iridescence purple set with sparkly floral detailing. She paired her unicorn look with turquoise fringe earrings, a pink bandana, along with pink converse and a long light pink jacket. Two piece sets are an easy way to look put together and festival ready. It's also important to wear comfortable shoes since you'll be on your feet all day. Like Taylor you can opt for a cute pair of colored converse to add a pop of color to your look.
2. Denim Duo: Hailey Baldwin and Bella Hadid
Models Hailey Baldwin and Bella Hadid wore simple yet stylish denim looks at Levi's Coachella brunch as featured in People magazine. The duo paired their denim looks with white tops, white sneakers and sunglasses. If your style is more on the simple side and you aren't into all the crazy glitter and festival wear, these looks are perfect for you. You can find these items at many stores and customize the look to your style.
3. Crochet Babe: Jasmine Sanders
Model Jasmine Sanders two piece crochet look has to be my favorite outfit from Coachella. The different colored flowers sewn throughout definitely makes the outfit stand out and a lot more fun. She paired this set with long dangling yellow earrings and bright yellow sneakers. Crochet is perfect for a festival look and you can find crochet pieces at stores such as Forever 21 and Revolve.
4. Black and White: Shay Mitchell
Actress Shay Mitchell wore a classic black and white outfit but with a festival twist. She wore an off the shoulder knotted cropped top paired with white denim cutoff shorts and black booties. She wore minimal accessories wearing sunglasses and a black purse. This sleek and simple look can easily be achieved and can be worn as a simple summer look even after the festival.
5. 70s Vibes: Alessandra Ambrosio
Model Alessandra Ambrosio brought some 70s vibes to Coachella this year. Glamour magazine featured her fun and funky look that included a cropped denim jacket with rainbow fringe on the arms, paired with a denim crop top and colorful chevron crochet shorts. She accessorized her look with round sunglasses and a red fanny pack. The 70s trend is looking to become big for spring/summer and not just Coachella.
Overall, Coachella is an amazing place for people to not only enjoy music but to really take a risk and try new things with their sense of style. Let these looks encourage you to break out of your comfort zone and never be afraid to try something new. :)
